Whether your decorating fancy is coastal, country or contemporary; whether you live on a beach or in a metropolis you can find something to love here at Coastal Radiance.

PAYMENT

We want all of our customers to be happy with their fixtures. When you order a custom fixture, we ask you to pay up front, however we will gladly refund your purchase if we can't make the piece to your satisfaction. We will continue to work with you after the piece is installed to make it "just right".

SHIPPING
​
Shipping is normally via FedEx. If your home is in Alaska or Hawaii, there is a $30 shipping surcharge and shipping will likely be via USPS.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
You can return your fixture for any reason at all within 14 days of receiving it at your own expense with no restocking charge. We will of course pay for return shipping as well as refund your original payment if the piece arrives damaged. We would appreciate it very much that you cooperate with filing the insurance claim with our shipper.
The glass pieces and strands are guaranteed for the life of your fixture. If any break at some point in the future, just pop them in the mail and we will replace or repair at no cost.
We encourage you to ask for samples of our sea glass if exact color matching is important in your decor, since your computer monitor may convey an inaccurate color depiction.
